You will receive a questionnaire that allows me to prepare a comprehensive personalized report about your current nutrition status via mail.
The report includes a full analysis of your nutrition including vitamin status, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids, etc.
Lifestyle Status and Smart Actions are not included.

This package includes a one time consultation to gather information (45 minutes).
You will receive a comprehensive report about your actual Nutrition and Lifestyle habits pointing out areas of focus and imbalances.

Gold Package | Full Evaluation & Smart Action Plan
This consultation includes two meetings.
First meeting 45 Minutes:
Information gathering and goals setting 45 Minutes.
Second meeting 90 Minutes:
Feedback regarding a 3-day food report.
Setting action plan together including diet and lifestyle changes to achieve your goals.
You receive your dietary analysis, a 7 day-meal plan and recipes.
Every additional consultation or follow up à 45 Minutes cost CHF 60.-

Platinum Package | Full Evaluation & Smart Action Plan & Follow-up
This consultation includes four meetings.
First meeting 45 Minutes:

Second meeting 90 Minutes:

Setting or changing the action plan to move you closer towards your goals. You receive the new dietary analysis, a new 7 day-meal plan and recipes.
